    Sells BD 70 million in 91-day bills

    The Central Bank of Bahrain's BD 70 million Treasury Bills issue achieved 100% subscription this week. The 91-day bills, issued on behalf of the Government of Bahrain, carry a weighted average interest rate of 5.36%, up from 5.31% in the previous issue. The bills mature December 16, bringing total outstanding Treasury Bills to BD 2.110 billion.
