Coast Guard launches joint maritime safety campaign

Bahrain's Coast Guard conducted a joint maritime inspection campaign with five agencies along Sa'ada Waterfront and Bahrain Bay. Inspectors verified safety equipment, AIS devices, boat and captain licences, and commercial licences for passenger transport companies. The campaign also checked expatriate worker status and identified unlicensed workers.

The campaign also included verifying the status of expatriate workers and identifying unlicensed workers, as part of efforts to enhance cooperation and coordination among the participating authorities.
