Sling TV discontinues short-term cable pass subscriptions

Sling TV has discontinued its Sling Pass feature, which offered day, weekend, and week-long passes to watch channels like ESPN and CNN without full subscriptions. Disney and Warner Bros. Discovery sued over the service, though a federal judge ruled against Disney's request for a preliminary injunction.
