Bahrain’s Labour Fund, ‘Tamkeen’, has announced its intention to participate in the “Bahrain Forum for ISO and Sustainability Challenges” to be launched in Bahrain on (tomorrow) Wednesday, 7th of April. A Group of elite speakers in the field of ISO and quality from Bahrain and the region will participate in the forum to discuss the latest data and recommendations in the field of ISO applications that aim to sustain the work of Bahraini companies and institutions.
During its participation in this forum, Tamkeen will showcase aspects of its continuous work on developing quality standards in all departments, which culminated about two years ago with Tamkeen receiving the ISO 9001: 2015 certification, to be one of the first government institutions to obtain the latest version of this certificate.
Representatives of Tamkeen will discuss at the forum the significance of this certificate in monitoring and evaluating the quality system permanently, submitting periodic reports, communicating at all levels concerning the status of the institution and the extent of its effectiveness, and the constant pursuit of customer satisfaction in line with Tamkeen’s values.
His Excellency Hussain Mohamed Rajab, CEO of Tamkeen, said in a statement on this occasion that Tamkeen is always keen to develop the working mechanism to meet the needs of the customers, boost the level of quality of services provided to them, and do everything necessary to ensure that the enterprise system remains in compliance with the quality management standards.

This forum is very important as it reviews the latest updates on the standards of quality management systems, and promotes the best experiences in the fields of implementing quality standards, achieving excellence, and giving the projects of the private sector the ability to become a basic pillar in the economic growth.” His Excellency Rajab added.
