GOSI obtains ISO 10002:2018 in the field of complaints management

The General Organisation for Social Insurance (GOSI) has obtained ISO 10002:2018 in the field of in the field of complaints management.

The Bureau Veritas, a company specialised in testing, inspection and certification, granthed the certificate after conducting an impartial and independent audit of the systems followed in all GOSI departments.

GOSI obtained ISO 31000: 2009 certification in risk management in addition to ISO 9001: 2008 in quality management, and ISO 27001 certification in information technology security and confidentiality.

GOSI stressed keenness to enhance customers’ satisfaction by identifying the needs and expectations of complainants and addressing them in an optimal way, thus facilitating the the submission of  complaints and notes.
