Mr. Yaqoob Al Awadhi, CEO of the NGN Training Center, affirmed that honoring the center by The Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA) after receiving a “Good” rating, reinforces the center’s responsibility in supporting national efforts to advance the training sector in Bahrain following the plans of the Supreme Council for the Development of Education and Training headed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Supreme Council for the Development of Education and Training, and within the framework of Bahrain Vision 2030.
In a statement on the margins of the honoring ceremony organized by the Education and Training Quality Authority, Al Awadhi hailed the efforts exerted by the authorities that regulate the training process in the Kingdom of Bahrain, noting that the NGN center’s earning a good rating came as a result of the tireless efforts performed by the center’s work team to promote the advancement of work in the center to meet the critical and accurate standards set by The Education and Training Quality Authority and comply with its requirements.
“NGN Center is keen to maintain the outstanding level it has achieved, and to constantly keep up with the latest developments in the training sector, including remote training in light of the exceptional circumstances imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic on various aspects of life, and to redouble efforts to ensure that national cadres meet the needs of the labor market, especially in light of the requirements of the “Industry 4.0” and modern technologies such as financial technology, blockchain, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and others.” He added.
Al Awadhi emphasized that the NGN Training Center aims to lead the development of innovative skills for companies in line with the needs of the newly emerging digital economy, by offering superior educational and professional development courses in the most demanded fields, including ICT, cybersecurity, Fintech, and others.
“NGN Training Center is integrated with NGN International, a full-fledged systems integrator and IT consultant, which is headquartered in Bahrain, by providing specific training in the latest technologies through cooperation with international companies, in a manner that ensures the provision of Bahraini trainees with advanced expertise and knowledge, and boosts their competitiveness even in global markets.” Al Awadhi concluded.
It’s noteworthy that NGN Training Center has state of the art training rooms with audio and video systems, virtual holographic desktops, 3D holographic tables, as well as Virtual Reality Center of Excellence with CAVE (Computer-Aided Virtual Environment) labs, virtual hologram maquettes, personal VR systems, and various 3D content, including training materials and interactive models.
