Following the launch of its digital campaign which was introduced to reward customers who opt to carry out their banking transactions through the Bank’s online and mobile banking platforms, the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) announced the two lucky winners Abdulla Ghanim Abdulla AlGhanim and Mansoor A.Hassan Hassan Ahmed for the month of May, who were each awarded an iPhone 11 Pro Max.
The winners were both very happy to receive the news as both winners are regular digital banking customers and this reward is testament to their frequent use of the various services available on NBB’s digital platforms.
Commenting on this occasion, Ahmed Samir, Head of Digital Channels Commercialization, Retail Banking at NBB said, “The digital campaign was designed to encourage our valued customers to utilise all the banking services available online, especially during these challenging times. With the new regulations by the government urging people to practice social distancing, we wanted to reward our customers through a number of incentives to further enhance their banking experience, whilst also safeguarding their health and wellbeing.”
To be eligible to win an iPhone 11 Pro Max or the special grand prize of a Macbook pro in August, customers must log into NBB’s E-banking channels, conduct local (Fawri and Fawri+) transfers, perform international transfers or bill payments, pay their NBB credit card bills online, or top up their prepaid cards through the mobile banking App or E-banking Portal.
