Managing Director of Manara Developments, Dr. Hasan Al-Bastaki, Expressed his sincere appreciation to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister for his continued efforts to drive the Kingdom’s Development Plans and further support to innovative and integrated solutions to overcome traffic congestion and ensure a smooth traffic flow.
Dr. Al Bastaki also noted, “We further thank the efforts of the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning from His Excellency the Minister Eng. Essam bin Abdulla Khalaf, the Undersecretary of Works Eng. Ahmed Abdulaziz Al Khayyat, In addition to the Ministry’s team on their support to their facilitation of easy access to our logistical and residential projects”. He further pointed that this support stems from a deep understanding of the Kingdom’s government agencies to the development requirements in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the importance of swift and flexible response as to ensure project success.
He added that the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning, had inaugurated a direct entrance from Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman highway to incoming traffic from the south, directly to reach Jabalat Habshi and its neighboring villages, which further connects to the company’s recent development project “Kenaz Al Bahrain”, near “Ishbilia” village and other developments in the area. The Ministry had recently undergone underground water works and sewage channels as well as safety barriers in addition to a dedicated exit for both “Kenaz Al Bahrain” as well as “Ishbillia” residents to direct them directly to Al Qadam roundabout thus ensuring ease entry and access to the area of which Manara had developed its project.
Moreover, “Kenaz Al Bahrain” project consists of eight modern design buildings, each of which comprises of four floors with two apartments in each floor. The project in total homes 64 apartment units alongside a group of facilities designed to achieve economic and social stability of which are crucial in modern residential establishments.
Each apartment measures on average 160 square meters and consists of three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, in addition to a spacious living room, three bathrooms and a maid’s room as well as parking facilities of which were carefully designed to fulfill the needs of the modern Bahraini Family.
